PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Sales Assistant supports the sales administration and assists the multi-national sales team in handling of event inquiries, ranging from company parties to wedding banquets or outside caterings, from local and international clients from all various backgrounds.

REQUIREMENTS:

• College or university degree; fresh graduates are welcome
• Native Chinese speaker with good verbal and written English; excellent communication skills are essential
• Needs to be well organized and well versed in MS office
• Should have an outgoing personality with confidence in dealing with guests as well as colleagues from all around the world
• Should be customer oriented and interested in foreign culture, foods and beverages from all around the world

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the handling of inquiries or bookings

• Assist in receiving of inquiries
• Join meetings with contact persons of incoming inquiries
• Assist in the follow up of event inquiries
• Attend coordination meetings before functions with related departments (Kitchen/Service)
• Support sales executives and account managers and handle internal related administrative tasks
