Job Description
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED
- Good English skill both in oral and written;
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
- Willing to participate and fit into sales career;
- Bachelor's degree or above;
- Major in International Trade, Marketing or Business;
- Relevant experience in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
Mission :
- Provide routine administrative support to sales team;
- Handle visa and travel arrangement for customer. Coordinate with customer’s training or pre-acceptance schedule;
- Proposal request together with Proposal Manager;
- Prepare sales bidding documents against specific tender requirement together with sales team;
- Contract commercial terms review, evaluation and follow up together with project manager;
- Update sales weekly reports;
- Coordinate with sales team travel itinerary;
- Customer and sales agent relation coordination;
- Sales record follow ups;
- Other job assigned by line leader.
