40% SALES MANAGEMENT –accounting of existing accounts
Ensure the needs (products, services, timeliness, quality) of large number of existing customers are met in a competitive manner to retain existing customers.
确保以竞争方式满足大量现有客户的需求(产品,服务,及时性,质量),以留住现有客户。
Meet and exceed the annual sales targets and thereby achieve the vision of doubling the business in next few years.

Dynamically manage pricing policies within the approval process of PCR.

45% SALES MANAGEMENT – business development
Identify, develop and define profitable business relationships in new and existing markets by leveraging the Company’s product portfolio, especially in Ceramic Systems and Specialty Ceramics.
利用公司的产品组合,特别是陶瓷系统和特殊陶瓷,确定,开发和定义新市场和现有市场中的盈利业务关系。
In coordination with the Marketing Managers, work and fulfill a strategy to promote and penetrate in the specified market & region.

Determine future product needs for the Business to satisfy customer strategies and needs.

10% PCR and Engineered Ceramics
Serve as a member of the PCR-EC commercial team, participating in meetings when requested (off site or by webex); working on shared /joint projects (sales training, new tools development, CRM, NPS, etc.). Provide timely detailed, accurate monthly reporting.
作为PCR-EC团队成员,应按要求参加会议; 致力于共享/联合项目(销售培训,新工具开发,CRM,NPS等)。及时提供详细,准确的月度报告。
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Participates to PCR-Engineered Ceramics Blue Printing and various communication initiatives.
参与PCR-EC的各种沟通活动。
JOB Requirements:
A 4 year bachelor’s degree in a technical field is a minimum, knowledge in ceramics is definitely highly desirable.
本科以上学历,材料、化工等相关理工科类专业优先考虑
Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience in a technical selling role and with track record is critical.
至少5年以上同行业技术销售经验
Proficiency in English, both oral and written, is mandatory

Excellent organizational skills, communication and coordination ability, negotiation skills and flexibility

High level of familiarity with e-tools, CRM rolls (such as SalesForce) and use of other social media (such as LinkedIn, WeChat) would be a plus.

WORKING CONDITIONS
50% travel including national and occasionally international.
Regular Phone/Web meetings at odd hours with time zones +/-12 hours away may occur expected.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Good level of physical fitness to handle rigors of rapid and short duration travels and working with colleagues in different time zones.
