• 为意向客户更进宴会需求的后续工作，包括：准备相关的文书并协调运营部门（厨房/服务）之间的操作
• 作为运营部与意向客户之间的“窗口”，及时了解客户需求
• 出席宴会活动前与相关餐厅与服务部门的对接会，积极推动活动的进行
• 为客户提供优质的售后服务，例如：宴会现场支持、满意度调查、撰写感谢信等。

工作职能:
销售主任将会与中方及外方销售团队完成中外方客户需求的宴会活动的预定以及更进工作，宴会活动包括：公司派对、婚宴、外烩服务等。

任职资格：

• 大专或本科学历，至少具有两年或以上的快消行业工作经验
• 中国籍，良好的英语读写能力，并善于与人沟通
• 注重细节，并熟练运用办公软件
• 性格开朗，并乐于与不同背景国家的客人和同事沟通
• 具有较强的客户关怀能力以及良好的判断力
• 对西方餐饮文化有较强的兴趣

PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Sales Executive works within a multi-national sales team, which handles event inquiries, ranging from company parties to wedding banquets or outside caterings, from local and international clients from all various backgrounds.

REQUIREMENTS
1. College or university degree with at least two years of sales experience in FMCG
2. Native Chinese speaker with good verbal and written English; excellent communication skills are essential
3. Needs to be well organized and well versed in MS office
4. Should have an outgoing personality with confidence in dealing with guests as well as colleagues from all around the world
5. Should be customer/relationship- and results-oriented and have good business judgment
6. Should be interested in foreign culture, foods and beverages from all around the world
