职责描述:
1. Lead a commercial organization consisting of regional sales, key accounts and distributor sales and sales operation team to achieve annual sales target.
2. Conduct market assessment to identify and prioritize potential markets/customers;
3. Set sales plans, budgets, objectives, strategies, and initiatives to fulfill the growth goal;
4. Actively support the coordination of New Business Development projects and other initiatives aiming to expand business with the designated account;
5. Develop strong customer relationships with key strategic accounts;
6. Develop accurate bookings and sales forecasts;
7. Ensure that the account receivables (AR/DSO) are kept on or below the level defined by the payment terms in the commercial agreement;
8. Coach talent and develop the sales organization into a metric and process driven team with repeatable best practices;
9. Positive teaming with Operations, Finance, HR, and Engineering team. Maintain a strong relationship with all functions to support the relentless drive for growth and sales strategy execution;
10. Other jobs assigned by supervisor.
任职要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, mechanical engineering and oversea education preferred;
2. 25+ years of successful track record in sales & marketing with 10+ year in senior leaders’ role;
3. Familiar with selling to consumer electronics and datacom industries directly and via distributors;
4. Experience in dealing with OEM and contractor manufacturers, especially Taiwanese ones are necessary.
5. Experience in managing technical selling, design-in;
6. Senior position but hands-on and willing to work extended hours. Strategic and operational thinking. Long term thinking versus quarter to quarter view, being transparent with both good and bad news, and interpersonally able to build relationships to influence decision making and managing conflict;
7. Self-motivated, eager to achieve goals, target oriented management style;
8. Professional skill on MS office and English skill both written and oral;
9. Executive presence, good interpersonal communication skill to talk to people on all hierarchy levels;
10. Willingness to travel intensively, can travel easily to Hong Kong and Taiwan;
11. Must have impeccable integrity and strong leadership.
