Position Summary:
A very important position to be responsible for training tasks focus on China homeport products as well as RCI new initiatives at China level. This position is responsible for building training plan internally for all staffs with sales function cross all RCI China offices, and externally towards all travel partner and their sales agents.
This position is also responsible for preparation of training decks and carrying out train the trainer function.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To understand the most updated RCI China sales and marketing strategy as well as training needs from the sales region respectively, both internally inside RCI and externally among trade industry, for instance focus on China homeport products and all kinds of knowledges around cruise industry and RCI itself, at China level including China new initiatives, new ships, booking policies, new regulations, sales skills and so on.
2. To initiative, develop, plan training with detailed time schedule, set the training KPI and go to market plan. To setup system to monitor effectiveness of all training delivery through various evaluation methods.
3. To initial and develop training decks focused on above mentioned topics, if currently not available.
4. To join and participant relevant industry event, famtrip, joint promotion activities, be onboard RCI fleet or competitor fleet as per request, to understand and monitor the most updated trend from cruise industry as well as travel partner environment, to collect information and turn information into training contents.
5. To conduct train the trainer functions to make sure the new training can be further delivered into deeper tiers and in a high quality and efficient.
6. To check, update, file and share all training decks on a regular basis.
7. To work with different department to understand their most updated information for content development purpose. To work closely with team members, deliver trade marketing activities support whenever needed.

Financial Responsibilities
- Manage and share a fund of RMB500K for online training platform (upon budget).
Qualifications:
List the minimum level of education and experience required to perform the work at the entry level of the job.
- Presentable and be able to presentative RCI’s brand
- 3-5 years in-house training experience ideally in a multi-national marketing environment
- Experience in supporting field sales on the job coaching and performance tracking. Analytical to drive the sales call productivity
- Build training framework and develop training materials for staff at different level (Junior to Medium), both internal and external
- Strong in training skills as well as communication skills
- Be able to travel frequently within the region
- Travel Industry & FMCG experience preferable
