• To organize and deliver training courses/programs to national sales team.
• To design and implement sales capability programs to provide capability development plans to national sales team.
• To work with stakeholders and able to execute the department’s training strategy and support other trainings activities to the BU.
• To manage training project deliverables, milestones and timelines.
• To identify training opportunities in the BU to improve training efficiencies.

资历及工作经验要求

• Bachelor Degree.
• 3 years and above in FMCG sales training.
• Skillful in delivering classroom trainings to adults.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Conversant in English a plus.
