As an Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing professional & prompt support to ABB frontend organizations worldwide in the areas of daily order handling, relevant logistic issue and project delivery management, in Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China.
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will ensure customer satisfaction and product on-time delivery to China and all Asian countries with proper execution and risk mitigation.
Your responsibilities
- Maintaining related order information in SAP and Case Management database / Counting sales price base on quotation / Handling order related change
- Making export documents, arranging pick-up and delivery routing, making related export certification such like COO & Form E, Checking the B/L and sending to customer and following all the tracking information
- Checking delivery schedule with Planner, follow big order instruction from PM, check FG status with Packing & Warehouse, arranging urgent delivery stop with Quality Center and arranging and choosing forwarder with CT
- Communicating with FE customer – Checking and responding for order information / Complaint handling / Others
- Taking responsibility of logistic management both overseas and inland, solution on special case solve for Logistic Issue
- Analyzing and optimizing the order process. Analyzing current data and achieving the yearly saving target on Logistic Function
- Driving the project to ensure that the technical specification, delivery procedure, delivery plans, price list, purchase of material correct and well-coordinated between the stakeholders (customer, LBL, R&D. Operational Planning etc.)
- Driving project delivery execution and taking risk mitigation actions to solve any deviation from detailed delivery plans
Your background
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Order execution / Project management/ Logistic management / process position for manufacturing equipment or its consumers in Multi-national / foreign invested company working experience
- Order execution / Project management related working experience
- A university degree, majored in English / mechanical engineering / industrial automation or other engineering degrees
- Good interpersonal communication & presentation skill
- Must be proactive, initiative and Customer orientated but result driven. A good team player and strong ownership
- Good computer skills in MS Windows / Office and other applications. Knowledge on SAP
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both oral and writing, is must
