Job Description
- Manages all aspects of customer events, trade shows and sales meetings, works in close relationship with related counterpart to facilitate planning and execution of events.
- Assist sales team on order placement / shipping schedule update/ import/ export process management by working with share service center in China.
- Assist sales team with building reports from internal such as SAP/Insite, as well as annual AOP budget, analyzing data for sales metrics; and for external such as import/export statistics collection.
- Assist sales on customer contract approval and 3rd party agreement management. Manage Contact Database of SalesForce.com
- Assist Sales on applying the approval of customer documents application.
- Support Sales by reviewing daily customers' e-bidding system.
- Assist Sales/Technical Service team on sample handling.
- Manage Sales/Technical literatures, customer information, SDS, datasheets and Sales Training Materials.
- Manage Sales Promotion gifts and keep gifts log.
- Act as focal point person for miscellaneous sales inquiries.
- Take care office administrative affairs.
