Responsibilities:

  • Handle dialy operations for pre & after sales service with customer and distributors, it includes customer inquiries, order processing, on time shipment;
  • Delivery,forecasting and payment collections. He/She needs working closely with sales team for internal support and achieve team goals;
  • Daily operations include customer inquiries, order processing, ensure on time delivery and meet customer’s expectations;
  • As a coordinator in between the SALES and SCM to keep monitoring the sufficient inventory and on shipment schedule from production;
  • Collect forecasting to shorter the production lead-time, increase forecast accuracy and avoid over-stock keeping;
  • Handle payment issues;
  • Support new business, maintain good relationships with customers to increase market share and profit margin.


Requirement:
  • Strong proficiency in standard business computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
  • Good knowledge of import/export documentations, shipping terms, Oracle order processing program and Internet;
  • Good organization and communication skills;
  • With high sense of Sales and strong heart of responsibilities;
  • Min 3 years working experience of customer service, handling order processing or sales executive in a foreign company will be advantage;
  • Major in International Trading/Business or related is preferable;
  • Experienced in import/export business;
  • College Degree or Above.
