Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales of LG commercial & consumer products to customers & partners in B2B market and achieve assigned sales targets
  • Perform pre-sales and after-sales activities, like customers/partners/consultants/architects visit, response to product enquiries, product presentation & demonstration, tender/quotation preparation & submission, coordination with supporting teams for delivery/payment/quality/service issues, etc.
  • Identify and implement sales strategies to explore new business opportunities in assigned industries and achieve sales revenue growth
  • Proactively develop existing customers/partners relationship and expand scope of new customers/partners
  • Ensure achievement of customers’ satisfaction and provide best sales service/support to customers/partners
  • Research & gather up-to-date market information from all means of sources 
  • Assist team leader for daily operations and ad hoc sales activities

 

Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary level or above, preferably with Degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant B2B sales experience
  • Good network with architects, AV consultants, interior designers, contractors, and AV system integrators is an advantage
  • Able to handle multi tasks under pressure and dynamic environment, ability to meet tight schedules with confidence
  • Good problem solving, questioning and analytical skills with positive attitudes to generate needs to achieve business results
  • Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation and proposal writing skills
  • Good team player and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
