MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
? Work with the senior management team to build and execute sales strategies and processes.
? Work closely with the senior management team to develop celebrity and brand targeted lists, marketing strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business.
? Aggressively prospect for new clients leveraging his or her own existing business relationships or through cold calls/emails.
? Help prepare sales presentations and proposals.
? Report on weekly activity.
? Achieve or exceed bi-monthly quotas of Qualified Opportunities, Appointments and Closed.
? Provide feedback and insights from clients to the China team to help to grow a better service offering.
1-2 BD events a week
50 cold e-mails per week
4 appointments per week
10 leads per week, with potential client company name&contact person's details
1 contract per month
Requirements:
1. 大专以上学历,有一年以上销售相关经验优先;
Colleague degree or above, one year experience of sales
2. 有数据分析能力和逻辑推理能力
Good analytical skills with data reports
3. 性格开朗,擅于沟通,能承受一定的工作压力,具备良好的协作组织能力;
Openg minded, good communication skills, willing to work under pressure, a team player.
