#### Position Description:


Location: Flexible across EMEA

We are currently looking for a Sales Program Manager who will be responsible
for developing, driving and implementing Programs that enable and transition
Lenovo and the Relationship Sales teams, to have the best in market business
and sales model to drive sustainable PC and Smart Solutions growth. In this
position you will also have the responsibility for Sales Development within
the Sales Excellence Program.

You will report to the EMEA Enterprise & Public Sector Leader and will have
widespread interlocks with the Markets E&PS leaders, WW Commercial team, and
Project teams for the implementation of WW Sales tools.

Position Description:
• Creation of best of market enterprise and public sector business model in
order to achieve sustainable PC and Smart Solutions growth
• Support in the continuous improvement and set up of Enterprise and Public
sector business model
• Improve Segment & RAD Classification
Increase Rev & Profit by increasing coverage efficiency & improving Market
insights knowledge
• International account program:
o Set up : definition , staffing, Process
o Manage program: provide direction on execution and monitoring across
countries
o Transformation to a Customer centric organization to bring smarter approach
to customer i.e Account Plan, Partnership Executive Program, Solution Selling
Programs and development
• Overall optimization, design and migration of tools and process within CRM
o Bring Sales Matter Expertise
o Ensure appropriate communication to Sales Community
• Lead cross-function and cross department initiatives impacting the entire
Relationship Sales Population
• Manage the yearly budget and plan

#### Position Requirements:


• Extensive professional experience in a global matrix organization
• 5-10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales management or equivalent
• Proven track of effective communication with Executive board
• Drive, Determination and good communication skills
• Excellent level of English
