Position Description:
We are seeking a Manager of Sales Operations to join our global APOS team and
facilitate the development of core processes and tools to grow the business.
You will play an important role in APOS, acting as the trusted advisor, and
partnering with sales, business development, finance, and business
transformation/IT to run the business in a transformational way. The programs
led by you will activate the APOS strategy through end-to-end process
optimization, design, and management of workflows and KPI’s, and will be the
focal point for infrastructure build-out requirements.
We need you to be able to balance long term views with short term
achievements, assess and build new sales support processes, ensure ability to
scale these globally, and manage multiple workstreams across various
organizations. You will need to use your analytical, problem solving, business
acumen and project management skills to drive operational excellence and
insights that will enable both our sales teams to run an efficient business
and achieve their business growth goals.
You will manage key APOS business enablement projects. Responsibilities
include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget,
and within scope. You will oversee all APOS sales operations, through direct
and virtual teams, and identify and drive key optimization initiatives. You
will set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize
progress of projects as well as prepare reports for stakeholders regarding
status of project. You will will work directly with internal and external
stakeholders to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and
budget and you will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of
each project are compatible.
You will report to APOS Director
Responsibilities:
• Provide insights on the state of the business, drive operational plans,
support recurring business reviews, and conduct ad-hoc analysis to help sales
leaders make informed decisions on Go-to-Market (GTM) motions.
• Orchestrate annual/quarterly planning with the Regional and Industry sales
leaders.
• Collaborate with the broader Strategy and Operations organization to ensure
a seamless integration.
• Work with strategy, sales, and business transformation teams to target
enhancements for optimizing sales motions and GTM initiatives.
• Be a trusted business partner and “go-to person” for both the APOS sales
teams and business transformation/IT; provide guidance on various processes
and tools, work closely with cross-functional teams to triage and resolve
blockers, and design mechanisms to scale day-to-day operations.
#### Position Requirements:
• 7+ years of sales operations
• Strong presentation skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies,
and best practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and
timeline
Base gross monthly salary start from 2,100 EUR but increases with previously
gained experience. In addition, there is 12% annual bonus.
