PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：

1. Develop Franchise performance report on daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal base. Provide all the analysis including but not limited for comp. door growth, S-T ratio, Inventory and IPS,

开发经销商部门每天，每周，每月，每季各类销售报表，提供相关分析包括但不限于店铺同比，售罄率，库存及库销比等。

2. Provide and maintain related product sale out performance analysis and ad- hoc special analysis per business needs.

提供并维护相关产品市场表现分析及根据业余需要的各种临时分析

3. Set up 3 years business MTP plan model and provide related analysis

协助建立经销商部3年MTP计划数据表并提供相关分析。

4. Develop dealer rolling forecast model and maintain related information from sales and provide related analysis.

开发客户滚动预测表并从区域经理处收集信息提供相关分析。

5. Convention meeting support.

协助订货会相关的支持工作。

Main skills, competencies and knowledge required主要技能、能力及知识要求:

1. Associate or above.

大专以上学历

2. Over 3 years of relevant experience.

3年以上相关工作经验

3. Good at Microsoft Office. Basic network knowledge. Good English.

熟练使用自动化办公软件，具备基本的网络知识，具备熟练的英语应用能力

4. Experience in marketing management and sales management training is a plus.

有市场营销管理、销售管理培训经验为佳。
