Job Description
Cross channel Team contract and investment Management :
- Review contract investment based on company policy, price level, products segmentation
- Communicate with HQ legal department on contract clause
- Trace on contract progress
- Filling contract
- Input contract investment in Seibel system
- Remind Sales team on expire contract and renew contract.
- Reports and analysis (Daily, Monthly, BPR analysis)
- Consolidate database on 1st working day of each month
- Timely work out Daily sales report and monthly sales report to sales team, and provide valuable analysis
- Issued Business performance review report within 3 working days at beginning of the month
- BP management – Timely review customer status:
- Payment term: implement contract payment term, no contract with PT must be approved by GM. >90 approved by COO
- Customer classification: quarterly review ABC account classification with deep analysis
- Active/inactive accounts: risk control, chase account status timely
- Pricing program implementation and tracking
- Monthly tracking on price increase implementation
- Work out tracking report on last working day every month
- Complete all projects assign by BD manager (reports, analysis, PPT support)
