Cross channel Team contract and investment Management :
  • Review contract investment based on company policy, price level, products segmentation
  • Communicate with HQ legal department on contract clause
  • Trace on contract progress
  • Filling contract
  • Input contract investment in Seibel system
  • Remind Sales team on expire contract and renew contract.
  • Reports and analysis (Daily, Monthly, BPR analysis)
  • Consolidate database on 1st working day of each month
  • Timely work out Daily sales report and monthly sales report to sales team, and provide valuable analysis
  • Issued Business performance review report within 3 working days at beginning of the month
  • BP management – Timely review customer status:
  • Payment term: implement contract payment term, no contract with PT must be approved by GM. >90 approved by COO
  • Customer classification: quarterly review ABC account classification with deep analysis
  • Active/inactive accounts: risk control, chase account status timely
  • Pricing program implementation and tracking
  • Monthly tracking on price increase implementation
  • Work out tracking report on last working day every month
  • Complete all projects assign by BD manager (reports, analysis, PPT support)
