工作职责

  • 建立和完善二包SOP:跨部门合作,梳理并优化二包产品运营流程,符合公司产品质量把控要求,并协调销售团队按SOP执行;
  • 二包模式优化:参照行业内外部经验和方案,就目前二包运营模式进行诊断,明确风险点并提出预警和替代方案,提升二包运营的及时性,降低成本,提升质量,支持生意需求;
  • 二包产品评估和改善建议:对现行二包产品进行整理和回顾,就生意表现/时间和费用成本等形成洞察,并在此基础上提出改善建议;整理形成二包新品评估模板,明确要求,提升二包产品成功率。
     
    Incumbent Requirements

  • 具备流程管理经验,发现并推动业务改善机会并推动提升;
  • 熟悉快速消费品行业销售运作,尤其销售营运管理;
  • 出色的沟通协调和快速学习能力;
  • 积极主动,责任心强;
  • 精通PC和Office相关软件,熟练操作Excel和PowerPoint
  • 优秀的中/英文读写能力
