Who are we looking for:

Rockstar sales professionals with a knack to tackle ambiguity with agility. Passion for sales, love for chocolate, an MBA with 2-3 years of experience in distribution and a creative strategist!

Compensation- INR 6 Lakh Plus Incentives

 What would you do?

In a fun, full of variety work environment, you get to put your acumen to practice, conquer the numbers, achieve the targets through infrastructure, visibility, and service levels. Have a discerning eye - Sniff out market opportunities by building a strong business case around them, with necessary investment and effort to realise them. Be a people's person - Create and nurture collaborative, long-term relationships with our accounts and distributors, in line with our mutuality principle. Say it with our brands - Deliver in-store visibility alongside this.
Be a people leader - Lead, monitor and motivate field sales associates, coaching them on Mars processes as well as continuing to train new recruits. And the regular routine - Ensure timely submission of trade distributor paperwork, whilst coordinating internally to schedules and deadlines.
