Job Summary

We are currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join our Commercial team (International Airlines) as “Sales Officer"

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and update Menus Specifications in the SACS System (ERP)
• Support the Account Manager in the administrative tasks related to the assigned customers and menu presentations (pictures, notes, service to the customers, etc.)
• Support invoice processing by reviewing information such as the sales order/s, specifications or loading ratio changes etc.
• Be responsible for inputting and updating all relevant and correct data into ERP system, e.g. customer profile, catering service, sales order, special meal table etc.
• Administrate the ERP to ensure maximum use of the system
• Be responsible for the Menu Costing process by ensuring accurate costing data is in the System (recipes, CPCs, etc) in close coordination with the Product development team
• Supervise the Invoice process by ensuring correct data input into the system and performing daily checks of the sales order

Qualifications:

• DSE level or above
• Preferably with experience in either customer service or flight operations or data management
• Knowledge of menu development, food and beverage, food quality and hygiene preferred is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Independent, self-motivated and proactive
• Resilient and flexible, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Immediate availability is preferred
