We are a French group, leader in high-technical & ultra-clean plastics solutions (from medical devices products or components to packaging solutions), serving the major global medical, pharmaceutical and cosmetics companies (GSK, Sanofi, Johnson&Johnson, Medtronik, L’Oreal…). We have a subsidiary located in Suzhou for 10 years which is well-recognized in the Chinese market.

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Main Responsibilities:

Marketing

• Marketing activities organization(exhibition, website,SEO, powerpoint presentation…)
• Market data analysis preparation (Including but not limited, Research, monitor, evaluate and quantify trends, needs, competitor actions, in big accounts.)

Sales administration/Customer service:

• Manage customer orders & follow-up, from order intake to contracts,lead time, invoice and related payments.
• Communicate with customers about his requests
• Coordinate with other departments to guarantee customer satisfaction
• Sales data analysis: turnover, backlog, overdue, late delivery, monthly/weekly follow-up…

Support sales team

• Customer visits support organization
• Customer offers preparation
• Customer information capitalization (CRM), manage business files

Knowledge, Experience:

• 2 years relevant experience in sales administration/customer service, especially in foreign-funded companies.
• Good communication skills both verbal & written (emails, reports), establish and maintain good relationships with customer.
• Good computer skills.
• Initiative and efficient at work, well organized.

TCP Group is an international family group with a history of 100 years. TCP Group and its subsidiary companies have applied all their high-tech thermoforming technology into medical, electronic, and cosmetic fields and have established long-term cooperation with many famous international companies.

Based on the high technical know-how of TCP Group and our company’s soft and hard equipment, Cartolux (suzhou) provides for our customers the whole set of packaging resolving system, with it’s core technology of high-neat and high-precision thermoforming. These items (full medical packaging systems, handling trays, technical items, etc.) are manufactured in/out ISO 7 Clean Room for its customers in the fields of medicine, cosmetics, electronics, automobile and food-industry.
