Our client is a leading car hire company and they aim to improve mobility within Taiwan. They are now seeking a Sales & Marketing Director to lead the department, and to provide day to day leadership to sales and marketing associates to achieve overall objectives.

職務說明

• Managing the strategic account plan for the demanding market
• Managing the market reactive and make the proactive sales efforts
• Determining and developing marketing communication activities, aligned with company sales objectives to boost market share.
• Attend sales meetings to provide input on overall sales strategy
• Develop strong public relationship and execute extraordinary customer service to secure customer satisfaction and loyalty to our brands
• Develop and manage internal stakeholder's relationship.
• Set company marketing strategy and lead all external marketing campaigns to increase the amount of direct leads and company revenue
• Evolve branding to ensure consistent communication across every aspects of the business
• Manage and grow the marketing channels
• Provides day to day leadership to sales and marketing associates to achieve company objectives
• Develops sales and marketing goals and strategies and verifies alignment with the brand business strategy
• Partners with Human Resources to attract, develop and retain the right people in order to support the strategic priorities of the market

理想的應徵者

• At least 8 years' experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
• Experience in hospitality industry is a plus, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
• Demonstrated leadership in managing a team
• Must be adaptable to a young company and enjoy working in a car/ rental / service industry.
• Entrepreneurship spirit and think out of the box
• Fluent in English is a must.
