主要职责 / Job Description:
Provide secretarial support to department directors/managers to handle routine work, and in charge of related supporting work for other functions.
Arranges for meetings and conferences and may take notes.
Prepare letters, statements, reports, minutes, agendas, court orders, and legal cases.
Prepare and collect weekly/monthly report for sales and marketing
Responsible for PR requisition, preparing supporting document, going through process, track payment and summarize periodically
Support to travel arrangements including air tickets booking, claim collection, check and going through the process
Receives and screens office visitors and telephone calls.
Maintains departmental files and records, including AR reports and accrual report for travel/marketing fund.
Performs such other duties as may be assigned.
职位要求 / Requirements:
College degree, with Administrative or English background will be preferred;
Fluent in written English; Spoken is preferred;
Good PC skill, with knowledge of SAP system is a plus;
High sense of responsibility, good communication skills, team work spirit.
