職務說明

*Develop the right by-account selling strategies together with the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Country manager and/or the Business Units, and execute those strategies. *Build and maintain relationships with target factories, vendors, agents and buying offices of Master Customers. *Lead a sales team to exercise sales activities towards designated factories, vendors & agents. *Manage, motivate and coach the sales team to ensure achievement of sales targets *Develop profitable business to expand market share and factory coverage. *Partner with Customer Service to enhance customer experience. *Coordinate with all functions to ensure meet AOP. *Strong screen printing experience in business development as well as factory operation.

*Good presentation and interpersonal skills *At least 6-8 years sales experience of which 2 years in managerial position (small team is ok) *Experience in textile, fabric, apparel/footwear manufacturing, merchandising and trim accessory supply preferable. *Excellent written & spoken English and Mandarin
