Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen relationships with contractors, Property Developers interior design and architect companies.
  • Making initial contact and visits to present company’s products
  • Liaise with contractors on site and to deal with technical issues and complaints
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Understand business drivers and initiatives and identify value added for the customer.
  • Must have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process.

 

Requirements

  • Over 2 year working experience in sales & business development position.
  • Experience with LED TV Wall/ LED Transparent Curtain/ Lighting Control System/ ELV Project is an advantage
  • Good Relationship with Property Developers, Architects, Designers Contractors
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic, objective focused and good problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and effectively
  • Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime
  • High Diploma/ Bachelor Degree or above
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
  • Excellent rapport building skill, outgoing, presentable, friendly and sociable
