Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with contractors, Property Developers interior design and architect companies.
- Making initial contact and visits to present company’s products
- Liaise with contractors on site and to deal with technical issues and complaints
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Understand business drivers and initiatives and identify value added for the customer.
- Must have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process.
Requirements
- Over 2 year working experience in sales & business development position.
- Experience with LED TV Wall/ LED Transparent Curtain/ Lighting Control System/ ELV Project is an advantage
- Good Relationship with Property Developers, Architects, Designers Contractors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic, objective focused and good problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and effectively
- Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime
- High Diploma/ Bachelor Degree or above
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Excellent rapport building skill, outgoing, presentable, friendly and sociable
