Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
?Be responsible for the development of Channel sales for automatic door business
?Select and develop automatic door agent and distributors, establish complete and effective channel sales system
?Be responsible for product pricing strategy
?Be responsible for competition product analysis, including but not limited to product function, sales strategy, marketing strategy, sales data collection, etc.
?To coach and manage business of agent and distributor
?Collect market information and demands, coordinate and communicate between sales, market and product development
?Fulfill the budgeted target
?Develop key customers and maintain the relationship
?Explore and develop new channel including but not limited to online business and decoration market
?Develop market promotion plan and marketing activities such as exhibition, seminars, etc.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
?No less than 3-year experience in channel sales, automatic door business is preferred
?Good sales skill
?Communication and management skill
?Customer oriented
?Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical engineering related major
?Good English and computer skill is a preference
?Be able to frequent travel
?Independent
