Job Description

- Responsible for the Endovascular Business P&L and financial planning for areas of responsibility within Taiwan including Endovascular distributors markets and territories, and for achieving both of revenue goals and A&P management goals.

- Responsible for all aspects of distributor relationships including achievement of in-market revenue targets; effective product introductions, contract negotiation, inventory management, pricing, strategies to achieve sales and profit goals in distributor segments, creation and execution of sales & marketing initiatives, course correction as needed to achieve revenue goals, creation and development of educational activities, distributor compliance with Company policy and law, distributor training and ongoing communication related to products, clinical data, and policies; meets annual and ongoing documentation related to distributors; develops data and tracking related to distributor performance; leads productivity enhancements related to business segments; creates and implements incentives schemes for distributors.

- Develops and maintains rapport with key opinion leaders in areas of assigned responsibility to build business opportunities, identify trends, and stay up to date on market development and competitor activities.

- Develops markets for Endovascular by defining objectives, strategies and positioning for assigned products and executing on Plans as affiliate leader for Endovascular franchise.

-Interacts with Marketing on a regular basis. Coordinates marketing strategies and clinical development programs for areas of responsibility.

- Serves as Taiwan liaison on matters related to Investigator Sponsored Studies (ISS); maintains up-to-date knowledge on ISS processes and policies, and appropriately communicates with internal and external stakeholders on related matters.

- Implements Division and Affiliate level strategies to ensure sales goals and targets are achieved across all areas of responsibility. Guiding and Monitor distributors and product line performance and institutes corrective action as needed. 

- Monitors competitor’s pricing, product positioning and marketing intelligence for areas of product development and distributor responsibility, and share findings with Marketing, General Manager, and other relevant parties in timely manner.

- Submit Endovascular monthly sales highlight, market competition intelligence, market activities to GM to update current month market place situation and following month forecast and events. Within 5 days after monthly closing.

- In conjunction with business franchise leadership and General Manager, assists in the market/business analysis of potential partners, distributors and cooperative projects.

- Completes the Training as required and assigned before performing tasks in compliance with the requirements presented during training and according to established policies and procedures, and requests clarification when concepts or requirements are unclear. Periodically reviews the JD and the training requirements with the supervisor to ensure that they are current, adequate and relevant to the current job responsibilities.
