希望你有BtoB Sales经验 至少8年以上,有带领团队经验,英文口语能基本沟通。此职位主要是 home base。
This position is responsible for the management and sales performance of the Business Unit's sales team.
Sales Management responsibilities:
- Leading the sales team to achieve Business Unit’s sales targets
- Sales operations in accordance with the Sales management handbook
- Annual planning according to the company targets
- Action planning according to the targets
- Allocating and managing of the sales according to the business concept/model
- Follow-up and analysis of the results
- Cost control
- Member of Sales management team ? Recruiting new sales people ? Designing induction for new sales people ? Growing the sales competence within the team by training and coaching sales people ? Career development for sales people ? Implementation of the Personnel Policy as well as the Company Values, Mission, Vision and Strategy ? Coaching and grooming sales people.
Job Requirments:
- College above education backgroud.
- Solid B2B sales experience at least 8 years.
- Excellent track record in in sales
- Experience in successfully leading a sales team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Data interpretation and Analytical skills
