Job Description:


  • 协助副总经理制定公司发展战略,销售战略,制定并组织实施完整的销售计划, 将计划转变为销售结果;

    Assist deputy general manager to formulate the company's development strategy, sales strategy, formulate and implement the complete sales plan, lead the team to translate the plan into sales results;

  • 洞察把握行业发展方向和配合企业战略规划,了解市场动向及时准确地研究,监控,分析竞争对手动态,收集分析信息并反馈到产品和销售部门,并提出相应的策略。

    Insight into the direction of industry development and coordination with enterprise strategic planning, understand market trends, timely and accurate research, monitoring, analysis of competitor dynamics, collection and analysis of information and feedback to the R&D department, and propose corresponding strategies

  • 开拓新业务,与客户建立良好的合作关系。及时反馈客户信息,满足客户需求,提高客户满意度;Develop new business and establish good cooperation with customers. Timely feedback customer information, meet customer needs, improve customer satisfaction.

  • 制定全年销售费用预算,引导和控制市场销售工作的方向和进度;Make annual sales cost budget, guide and control the direction and progress of marketing work;

  • 进行客户分析,挖掘用户需求,开发新的客户和新的市场领域。

    Conduct customer analysis, explore user requirements, and develop new customers and new market areas.

  • 组织部门开发多种销售手段,完成销售计划及回款任务;Organize the department to develop various sales means, complete the sales plan and return tasks;

  • 销售团队建设,帮助建立、补充、发展、培养销售队伍;明确部门业务拓展计划和下属岗位职责,分解销售任务指标,制定责任、费用评价办法,制定、调整销售运营策略,及时掌握销售团队工作进度和工作质量,并对相关信息进行上传下达;Build sales team to help build, supplement, develop and train sales team; Clarify the department's business development plan and the duties of subordinate posts, break down the sales task indicators, formulate the responsibility and cost evaluation methods, formulate and adjust the sales operation strategy, promptly master the sales team's work progress and work quality, and upload relevant information;

  • 对团队人员进行专业培训业务指导,提升销售人员的解决方案撰写、业务拓展、客户维护及公关等方面的能力;Conduct professional training and business guidance for team members, and enhance sales staff's ability in solution writing, business development, customer maintenance and public relations.

  • 跟进所属团队成员负责的价格、合同条款、项目推进时间的谈判和签署工作;督导相关职能部门进行对接协调,使项目平稳导入;Follow up the negotiation and signing of the price, contract terms, project promotion time of the team member; Supervise the subordinates to coordinate the relevant functional departments so that the project can be introduced smoothly;



Job Requirements:


  • 英文听,说,写技能熟练;

    Skilled in listening, speaking and writing in English;


  • 具有logistics行业前20名企业类似职务经验者优先.

    Preferred to have experience in similar positions in the top 20 enterprises in the logistics;


  • 对于仓储物流设备行业从业8年以上,热爱所从事的事业;

    For the storage and logistics equipment industry for more than 8 years, love to engage in the business;


  • 具有良好的管理能力;

    Good managerial skills;


  • 思维敏捷,能承受压力,敢于接受挑战;

    Agile mind, able to withstand pressure and dare to accept challenges;
