Main Responsabilities
Actively find new account prospects, builds up the relation and develop them to Wipak clients
Follows Wipaks short term and long term strategy by managing customer targets, commitments and expectations
Negotiates and closes sales contracts with the customers, will be responsible from CM of his accounts
Follows up customer orders, agrees on order forecasts and follows accounts payables
Reports bi weekly the customer activity and development in agreed group format
Other assigments and tasks that direct superior or related Group function points out.
Education: Sales and/or marketing related university or college degree. Food or Chemical degrees are also considered.
Business Experience: Proven 5 -10 Years Experience in direct selling of packaging materials or Food manufacturing process related products to end clients in China market. Good personal track record in developing technical sales within a National or International company in China.
Further Qualifications & Soft Skills: Spoken and written basic English is recommended. Drivers license and own car in use. Willing to travel at least 3 days/week. Ability to communicate in cross cultural environment.
Self driven and ability to work independently within the given guidelines.
