Job Description

General Responsibilities 主要工作职责

  • Managing the Sales team 管理销售团队


Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责
  • Monitor, manage the Sales team and develop the team by using Sales Force as the primarily tool 以销售管理系统为主要工具监督、管理、发展团队
  • Support Sales closing the big clients on their pipeline. 帮助销售促成大客户的成单
  • Coordinate with HR supporting training program and retaining the valuable team members 配合人事支持培训项目,留住重要的团队成员
  • Monitor A/R collection from sales controlled clients where needed 监督销售客户的超期款回款
  • Create visibility towards overseas of our sales team by sharing sales leads on frequent basis via Sales Force 通过销售管理系统向国外分公司发送潜在客户信息/销售线索
  • Ensure full usage of Salesforce + timely and accurate data input 确保销售管理系统的全方位使用,确保数据的及时性和准确性
  • Monthly review of sales performance with individual sales 月度销售检查和回顾
  • Frequent sales meetings and monitoring ensuring that sales processes are being followed and results are improving ongoing 定期召开销售会议,确保销售过程的跟进和销售结果的持续改善
  • Exceed own and sales team budget 超额完成个人和团队指标
  • Set up sales plan and target for each Sales align with top management’s sales strategy 根据管理层的销售策略,制定销售计划和团队成员销售指标
  • Motivate & coach the team to develop their skills 激励和训练团队成员的销售技巧


Education & Working Experience 教育背景及工作经验
  • College graduate 大专以上学历
  • Minimum 8 years working experience in global forwarders, with 5 years or above sales experience, with 2 years or above sales management role 八年或以上全球性货代公司工作经验,至少从事五年以上销售岗位,其中两年或以上带销售团队经验
  • Knowledge of ocean and air product, both import and export 熟知空海运费产品及进出口流程
  • Familiar with MS office熟练掌握办公软件
  • Good English in reading and writing 良好的英语读写能力
