Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Drive the quotations and ensure the professional preparation of quotes
  • Contract management and Understanding (3 Party Agreement, Warranty Agreement, NDA etc.)
  • Lead negotiations and commercial activities with the support of the sales team
  • Drive all price negotiations and contract reviews for ongoing production products for the customer assigned
  • Ensure smooth and quick follow up of all commercial topics for the customers in line with approved CAR
  • Manage the customer contact in an efficient and professional manner, obtain and provide the customer with the requested information on all commercial issues
  • Ensure strong financial control of project results (positive cash flow incl. forecast, invoices raised at earliest, benefit on project cost, financial and piece price tracking)
  • Development and control of the of the sales related input for the AOP planning process
  • Responsible for the serial, after serial, service parts and project related price negotiations
  • Responsible for offer/order tracking (financial tracking)
  • Ensure knowledge about and compliance with Customer Specific Requirements throughout your team and if necessary define training measures
  • Ensure that all issues regarding EHS and quality are implemented and observed according to OHSAS 18001, ISO14000 and TS 16949.

Experience:
  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable education is required
  • > 3 years experience in international automotive industry
  • Good comprehension for finance and sales procedures and their feasibility
  • Excellent Business English and German language skills are necessary
· Strong will to learn constantly to develop personal skills

工作职责:


?推动报价,确保报价的专业准备


?合同管理与理解(三方协议、保修协议、NDA等)


?在销售团队的支持下领导谈判和商务活动


为所分配的客户推动所有正在进行的产品的价格谈判和合同评审


?确保与批准车辆保持一致的客户顺利、快速地跟进所有商业议题


?以高效、专业的方式管理客户联系,获取并向客户提供所有商业问题所需的信息


?确保对项目结果进行强有力的财务控制(正向现金流包括预测、尽早开具发票、项目成本效益、财务和计件价格跟踪)


?为AOP规划过程开发和控制与销售相关的输入


?负责系列、后系列、服务配件及项目相关价格谈判


?负责报价/订单跟踪(财务跟踪)


?确保整个团队都了解并遵守客户的具体要求,如果需要,定义培训措施


?确保所有与EHS和质量相关的问题都按照OHSAS 18001、ISO14000和TS 16949的要求执行和观察。


岗位要求:


?工业工程、工商管理或相关专业本科以上学历


?3年国际汽车行业工作经验


?对财务和销售流程及其可行性有良好的理解


?优秀的商务英语和德语能力


?有不断学习和发展个人技能的坚强意志
