Job Description

職務說明 / Key Responsibilities

Professional Network Development
  • Cultivate a large network of brokers and agents within the real estate sector
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with brokers, agents, prospects and customers
  • Analysing and understanding ever-changing customer’s demands

Business Growth
  • Lead the design, development and implementation of strategic sales plans, ensuring they are aligned with the corporate objectives to maximize business opportunities and achieve sustainable growth and success
  • Build and promote the value of JustCo’s products and services to meet client’s business needs
  • Active solicitation of accounts to generate direct sales
  • Lead the sales process from lead/enquiry generation to negotiations and closing the deals
  • Provide accurate and detailed sales forecast of identified and proposed opportunities to ensure achievement of sales targets
  • Help review and develop sales approaches, guidelines, training, and best practices to ensure we maintain a competitive edge
  • Achieving assigned sales targets and strategic indicators assigned by management

  • 深耕商用不動產、物業管理顧問產業中不動產經紀人的夥伴關係。
  • 建立、維繫與物業管理顧問公司、不動產經紀人、潛在客戶、現有會員的正面雙贏夥伴關係。
  • 適時分析、洞察快速變動的客戶需求以及市場動態。

【業務發展】
  • 主導業務拓展策略的規劃、設計和實施，確保其與企業目標一致，將商機極大化，並維持成長動能。
  • 建立和推廣 JustCo 產品和服務的價值，以滿足會員的業務需求。
  • 主動接觸潛在客戶，提升直接簽約成交的比例。
  • 全程主導銷售流程，包括潛在客戶開發、議約、簽約成交。
  • 提供精準而細膩的業績預測，以期順利達成業績目標。
  • 審閱、撰寫業務開發準則、相關教育訓練內容、最佳案例，確保團隊競爭優勢。
  • 精準達成公司指定的業績目標與各項管理績效指標。

需求條件 / Key Requirements

Requirements
  • At least 8 to 10 years’ of experience in Sales or Leasing
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality or related discipline
  • Experience in co-working, serviced office, service apartments, developers, hotel sales, or sales related industry is an advantage
  • Proven success in self lead generation and business development
  • Strong leadership and work well with teams
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills

  • 商用不動產租賃產業8至10年租售業務經驗。
  • 主修事業經營、行銷、業務，或旅館旅遊管理、經營相關科系學士學位。
  • 具共享辦公室、商務中心、飯店式公寓、旅館業務銷售等實務經驗者優先。
  • 具潛在客戶開發、業務拓展之實績。
  • 團隊協同合作、團隊領導特質與實績。
  • 優秀的溝通技巧與演說經驗。
