The Kempinski Hotel Chongqing will have 431 rooms and suites. It will aim to attract local, national and international travelers with extensive meeting and conference facilities, and a 24-hour business centre. The hotel will have a selection of fine dining and informal restaurants, offering Chinese, Western and Italian cuisine, as well as Kempinski’s famed Paulaner Breuhaus micro-brewery. In addition, the hotel will have a luxurious spa and fitness area.

Kempinski Hotel Chongqing is located within the CBD of Nanping district which beside the Bridge of Yangtze river. On the other side of the river, it’s the traditional commercial area- Jie Fangbei. Kempinski Hotel is merely 3 km from Railway Station Caiyuanba and 8 km away from North Railway Station; and 26 km from Jiangbei National Airport, 4km from port Chaotianmen.

岗位职责
以凯宾斯基的标准通过客户管理程序规划和管理年度,月度,每周和每日销售拜访
- Plans and manages sales calls according to Account Management procedures adhering with Kempinski standards on an annual, monthly, weekly and daily basis.
处理所有潜在客户的咨询,包括会议,实地考察,娱乐项目,谈判和撰写合同,并参加推广活动和酒店组织的活动。
- Handles all enquiries and leads from potential clients which involves meeting, site inspection, entertainment, negotiation and contract writing, attending promotional functions organized by the hotel.
参加由现有的或新的潜在客户的销售活动,通过电话拜访和参加酒店的商业活动并跟进。
- Participates in sales activities by identifying potential customers whether from existing or new accounts, selling through tele-sales or sales calls and participating in hotel sales blitz to develop new business and follows up.
与现有的客户保持良好的关系并征求所有现有的个人,团队,会议每天晚上需要的房间数,以达到酒店的销售目标。
- Maintains good relations and solicits daily room night production of individual and groups business from the existing and new accounts in order to meet sales targets.
根据深圳凯宾斯基的标准,组织重要客户的到访,欢送和提供给予他们入住期间的任何帮助,以达到客户的满意。
- Keeps two-way communications between clients and hotel, ensuring clients are kept updated with latest development in hotel, and senior management are kept updated on changes in companies, market events, market trends, customer feedback on hotel and competitor activities.
