Business Develpment 销售


Your Responsibilities 你的职责

? Make appropriate sales strategy and business development plans. Set up sales target in agreement with the Branch Manager and the GM China. Implement the targets with the team, ensure achievement and maximum returns.

? Develop high profile key accounts, promote and sell company products & services, reach sales target by developing and concentrating on new accounts.

? Actively searching for highest quality sales staff to strengthen sales divisions. Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development

? Responsible for managing the sales team, set a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence in the region.

? Organizing team meetings with core focus on sales development, support and communication. Coordinate with other departments for the daily operation issues.

? Identify potential and target customers, guide and support the sales team to gain the business successfully.

? Strengthen the business relationship with overseas partners, generate sales leads and work together with overseas partners for sales development.

? Market analysis, and react quickly for company’s competitiveness and sales development.

岗位职责

? 制定销售策略和业务发展计划, 与分公司经理及总经理一起设定销售任务, 按照目标任务安排工作.

? 开发重点客户和新客户, 通过积极销售公司的产品和服务, 完成销售任务.

? 负责销售团队组建, 并不断通过激励、培训, 增强销售团队的销售能力和业务水平.

? 管理销售团队, 根据销售目标, 制定详细的任务分派和费用控制计划, 确保销售部门盈利并完成销售任务指标.

? 定期组织内部会议, 专注销售业绩发展, 并不断完善销售团队和公司其他团队的合作关系, 确保内部沟通有效畅通

? 通过个人及团队其他成员的销售拜访获得客户需求信息, 为不同客户群制订不同的拜访周期计划和销售策略, 指导团队赢得客户 .

? 与海外分公司及代理积极互动, 互通有无, 持续推送销售机会

? 完成定期销售报告, 为管理层提供信息并协助管理层评估业绩表现


We Expect 我们期待

? Minimum 5 years sales experience in forwarding industry, 1 year at least for similar position.

? Reliable, Well organized, Honest, Team-Spirit

? Ability to present information and respond to questions from customers and team mumber.

? Knowledgeable in local customs and international trade with a basic understanding

? Excellent communication skill in Chinese and good at writting and reading in English

? 有5年以上物流行业销售经验, 1年以上同岗位经验

? 专科以上学历,国际贸易、物流等相关专业

? 诚实可靠,认真负责,思维敏捷,条理性强,有团队合作精神

? 可以独立做好客户的沟通工作,有良好的客户服务意识,沟通、协调能力强,正确面对工作压力

? 熟悉货运代理工作流程,了解报关及国际贸易的基本知识

? 英语四级以上,熟练掌握各种办公软件
