Position Goals:

1. Achieve Design-Ins & Revenue for Parade’s TDDI products at the Glass Manufacturers in China

2. Grow Parade’s market share for TDDI & related products in China

3. Establish Parade TDDI as vendor of choice at designated key OEMs & Glass Makers

Main responsibilities:

1. Execute all sales activities in key customers

2. Co-work with Parade Marketing & FAEs to discover & win new design-in sockets

3. Manage project-level detail to achieve program success at customers

4. Manage Distribution partners to provide fulfillment & enhance relationships

5. Tracking competition status & updating competition information to management

Qualifications & Experience:

1. BSEE degree, or equivalent required

2. 5+ years sales experience with Touch & Display technologies & products

3. Establishing & executing sales plans to penetrate complex customers & expand customer base

4. English proficiency

5. Strong teamwork attitude
