Job Description

ALGI is an American company with more than 25 years experience in the field of social compliance and corporate responsibility. We are accredited by entities like WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX and SA8000, to perform social assessment and certifications. Besides our comprehensive Social compliance programs we also provide services ranging from training to special investigations covering labor law, human rights, freedom of association and environmental practices to mostly American and European clients.


Job Title: Sales Leader

Location: Shenzhen


Responsibilities

职责:

  • Update and maintain network, display and control the local commercial area.

更新和维护与客人间的关系,管控业务。

  • Investigate markets aimed at developing the company's sales growth.

调查市场,目的在于发展公司业务。

  • Implement plans and strategies for quickly developing sales territory.

实施快速发展业务的计划和策略。

  • Visit customers to establish initial contact.

拜访客户建立初步联系

  • Manage the after-sales service, including but not limited to:
  • Coordinate audit dates and audit fees with customers and facilities;
  • Prepare proposals to customers;

管理售后服务,包括但不限于:

  • -与客户和工厂协调审核日期和审核费用

与客户准备提案

  • Able to create strong sales that generate steady income to the company.

能够创造销售优势,为公司带来稳定的收入。

  • Meet customer procedures related to the contracted services.

满足与合同服务有关的客户规程。

  • Promote the services offered by the company, observing the technical specifications and business strategies.

推广公司业务,遵守技术规范和业务策略。

  • Telephone calls or email communication.

用电话及电子邮件沟通。

  • Prepare budgets and proposals for addressing services required by email and/or telephone.

针对电子邮件和电话所需要的服务,准备预算和建议

  • Create, maintain, and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and funnel information.

创建、维护和提供及时准备的销售预测和漏斗式的信息传达。

  • Articulate the value proposition of the service to convert prospects.

阐明服务价值主张将其转变为客户。

  • Close new business and foster existing customer relationships.

密切联系新业务并培养与现有客户的关系。

  • Attend trade shows and conferences to meet with prospective client’s needs.

参加贸易展和会议,以满足潜在客户的需求。

College’s degree

Over 3-4 years sales and audits experiences in CSR

Fluent English skill in writing, listening and spoken

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Team work spirit

Customer focus mindset

Supplier auditing business related background is preferred

Willing to work under pressure

Willing to travel in China
