Job Description
- Initiate and build strong relationships within the key account
- Responsible for achieving/exceeding the business goals and sales quota.
- Manage RFP, quotation file, re-work cost and maintain price list that involved cost related
- Ability to work with cross-functional team such as PM, PP, RD for NPI project
- FCST reviewing with planner for global hub fulfillment, and excess & obsolete material management
- Cost reduction opportunity management with sourcer/ buyer
- Organize and provide business & solution proposal for customer needs.
- Maintain and submit an accurate sales forest internally for the assigned key account
- Reviewing contract, credit terms and payment terms….etc as commercial involving

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiar with OEM/ODM business model and operation is a must
- Account management for more than 3 years.
- Experience with complex account in selling, commercial negotiation, and business maintenance
- Key Account Management skills with the proven ability to develop relationships and sell to reach the quota
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese language
- Highly organized with diverse team-members and multi-tasking skills
- Tier-1 account management in PC/IPC industrial is a plus
