Responsibilities:

• Responsible for property sales and related duties
• Assist in the formulation and execution of sales campaigns for residential projects
• Conduct market research and analysis on market trend or practice of residential sales
• Work closely with estate agents and internal partners
• Maintain a consistent professional relationship with current and prospective clients
• Prepare administrative works
• Responsible for any other duties that assigned by the superior from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Surveying, Real Estate or related disciplines
• Fresh graduate or 1 year working experience in property developer
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Proactive, energetic, and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Knowledge in property related ordinance is an advantage
• Willing to work on roster basis, including weekends and public holidays
