Job description:
- Be responsible to the development of Off-Trade channel KA; Wholesale, ensuring that agreed strategies and tactics are put in practice according to plan, and monitoring effectiveness of tactical execution;
- Effective use of account management tools with respect to the management or organized accounts. Such tools include account file, account plan, business review and activity plan;
- Implement all Off-Trade, Wholesale Accounts’ activities, and measuring the result against target with respect to these activities.
- Efficiently communicate with Shanghai Office, Marketing Dept, Sales Assistant to ensure correct and timely execution of merchandising and promotions at field level;
- Fully assist and support managers of SH Office on making and achieving the regional annual sales Target according to the company's strategy;
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public;
- To cooperate closely with the other staffs in the company to make continuous development.
Job requirement:
- At least 3 years sales experience in the fields of Wine, F&B and/or renowned FMCG company; has experience in Castel, C&D, Carlico is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good communicator;
- Strategic thinking with a good analytical skill;
- Sharp sense of marketing;
- Good managing abilities of customers;
- A good implementer of plans with attention to details;
- Good problem solving skills, strong adaptability and high integrity;
- Self-motivated, energetic and reliable;
- Practiced application skills of computer;
- Good in English and Mandarin, both in oral and written.
