基本要求
- 本科以上学历;
- 2年以上认证机构或相关行业销售经验;
- 熟悉ISO9000、ISO9001等ISO认证知识;
- 具有专业服务及相关行业经验;
- 优秀的演讲者和沟通者;
- 有解决问题和良好规划的自律能力;
- 自我激励;能在压力下工作;
Candidate specifications
- Bachelor degree with at least 2-year sales experience in Certificate Body or relevant industry
- Familiar with the ISO certification knowledge
- Having experiences in professional service and related industries
- Good presenter and communicator
- Self-discipline with good planning and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated; can work under pressure
岗位职责&主要要求
- 通过探索指定商业范围、确定情况并及时采取行动来确认可能的商业机会;
- 了解并预测符合条件的潜在客户的需求,并推荐优于竞争对手的***解决方案;
- 通过提供支持、信息和建议来维护与大客户之间的关系;研究并推荐业务改进的新机会;
- 通过提供支持和信息来维持与合作伙伴的关系;探寻并推荐新的业务和技术发展机会;
- 根据销售的管理流程进行有效地分析、报告和预测形势;
- 时刻关注客户的需求和反馈,及时了解行业趋势、市场活动和竞争对手的动态,从而确认产品改进或新产品的机会;
- 透过参加培训教育来更新专业知识和技术知识,参与专业团体,并建立个人知识网络;
- 协助团队一同完成组织目标;
- 在所有情况下都能遵守规则。
Key responsibilities & account-abilities
- Identifies business opportunities by prospecting in the assigned territory, qualifying the situations and deciding on the optimal actions
- Understand and anticipates needs of the qualified prospects, and recommend the best solution over those of competitors
- Maintains relationships with key clients by providing support, information, and advice; researching and recommending new opportunities for business improvements
- Maintains relationships with partners by providing support and information; researching and recommending new opportunities for mutual business and technical developments
- Analyze, report and forecast situations effectively following the Sales management process
- Identifies product improvements or new products opportunities by being vigilant on customers’ needs and feedback, remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench-marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
- Contributes to team effort to achieve organization targets
- Adhere to compare rules in all activities under all situations
