POSITION SUMMARY
Build O2O offline business platform from different side, including store cooperative model, store operation mechanism and supply chain management. Direct and monitor the test and operation of dealers’ new concept store to ensure efficient new store business operation.
Besides making business for current consumer, should foster new consumer, attract new consumer, activate new consumer. Set up omni-channel model, by which plan, organize and execute regional market activity and sales behavior.
Work closely with all business partner in region, set up and use incentive mechanism to stimulate all to finish the sales target.
Maintain and manage the current business channel, ensure the stable sales volume to support the revolution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1- Traditional business
- Negotiate with dealer about annual sales target and regular relative sales target.
- Monitor and ensure dealer’s business operation to be complied with company policy.
- Monitor and check the dealer’s requirement for new brick & mortar store.
- Manage and ensure the company has the best visibility in dealer’s multi-brand store. Ensure the merchandising tool and imagine can be used properly.
- Execute and ensure the company distribution to key account and other big-scale chain account. Work together with BD colleague to review and adjust distribution and operation strategy respectively according to the business situation in different KA system.
- Manage the wholesale market, avoid disturbing normal business environment.
- Apply and execute the normal trade marketing activity.
- Assist dealer to develop the traditional group purchase opportunity, increase company market share in B2B.
- Distribute and manage the diversification product among dealers’ business system, ensure the visibility and availability.
2- New business
- Find new cooperation partner or current dealer to open new concept retail store, try best to build good and incentive mechanism to ensure partner has enthusiasm to support the test of new store.
- Build low-cost and efficient college entrepreneurial team, as well as the college artistic design team, make sure these team can organize and execute business activity required in many cities.
- Set up various modern sales channel, including Bar Club, local social media, government platform and so on. Ensure can handle these channels to push sales smoothly and efficiently while needed.
- After receiving brand / organization cooperation framework agreement from BD colleague, put into practice. Initiate dealer, college team, agency, own e-commerce to organize and execute all-around propaganda and sales activity which take personal customization as the core.
- Work together with BD colleague to review the cooperative sales performance and adjust the activity strategy with brand partner.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of four years’ progressive work experience in multinational company, focus on consumable industry.
- Strong knowledge and business sense on marketing and sales.
- Project management skills, experience in leading some brand cooperation projects preferred
- Strong negotiation ability and capability to solve problems.
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work as a team player.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Able to work with team members who have different backgrounds and experience
- Patient, enthusiasm and quick-response capability.
