Principal Accountabilities:
Develop new customer in chemical field and maintain exist customers/OEMs in order to foster good business relationship and acquire business opportunities
Manage opportunity pipelines and update sales forecast
Identify and follow up new opportunities
Make regular customer visit and submit visit report in time
On time monthly report and other managerial reports
Report competitor activities and market information
Create customer perception of Edwards excellence
Work with FSE to make sure all the service activity is satisfied by customers and make sure customers get the service report in time.
Make use of the whole organization to create value in customers eyes

Follow up the company strategy to meet sales target/budget
(Occasionally) responsible to purchase within defined scope upon line manager's permission and use company system.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Technical degree in one of the following subjects: Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Mechanical Engineering,
Good application knowledge in Petrochemical, Chemical, Fine Chemical, Pharmaceutical field
Sales experience and capabilities
High motivation to win business and high sensitivity to customer needs
investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems
Good level of initiative in problem solving with customers and post-sale support within Edwards
Experience or capabilities in product presentations for customers
Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
Good interpersonal skills, both on an individual and team basis
Good computer skills ,Good English language skill at speaking and written way
