Job Responsibilities:

• Develop business in Africa or India including customer visits, sampling, product qualification and promotion of the products and the business of the Company and all aspects of the sale, distribution and delivery of the Products.
• Explore new opportunities for potential business in the territory.
• Conduct daily communication with customers to comply company KPI (achieve sales results, manage account receivables)
• Collect market and industry information and provide accurate feedback on weekly basis
• Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Chemistry, Chemistry, Material Science & Engineering etc.
• Minimum of one-year sales experience in chemical related industry, including coating, adhesive, pharmaceutical, construction, polymer/plastic, textile, agriculture, oil field, polyurethane etc.
• Priority for Indians and Africans.
• Multi language speaking would be preferred
• Strong negotiation skills and open communication skills required
• Team player, excellent learning ability, able to think and judge independently
• Ability to solve problems under pressure with flexibility
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility.
