Job Description

1.0 MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB工作主要目标

  • Drive the SKF growth and retention strategy with specific account(s) and act as the leader of the account(s). Coordinate all relationships and opportunities in order to effectively deliver customer value for sustained profitable growth.

2.0 KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED知识和工作经验要求

2.1 Education教育

  • Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or equivalent

本科或以上学历,机械工程或相关专业

2.2 Knowledge / Skills知识和技能

  • Do things with high ethics and integrity

做事要有高度的道德和诚信

  • Basic engineering, application and product knowledge

具备基础工程、应用和产品知识

  • Good Business acumen, have the ability to manage and develop key account for a sustain profitable growth

良好的商业头脑,有能力管理和开发关键客户以保持盈利增长

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills and work well under great pressure

良好的分析和解决问题的能力,并能在巨大的压力下出色地工作

  • Strong learning ability

学习能力强

  • Good communication skills;

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin

良好的英语听说读写能力

  • Experiences with mechanical or bearing application and manufacturing process is a plus

3.0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责

  • To collect and share market intelligent

收集、分享市场信息

  • To be responsible for implementing business plan and achieve business goal

负责执行公司战略及业务计划,实现业务目标

  • To be responsible for customer relationship management at all levels

负责各级客户关系的维护和管理

  • To develop new business opportunity and promote sales.

开发新业务机会,促进销售

  • To responsible for collecting and feedback customer voice and request, resolving potential issues including quality specifications and requirements, identify risks and opportunities for improvement

负责收集和反馈客户声音,解决客户的问题(包括质量问题),识别风险和改进机会

  • To assess customer's financial situation and judge potential risk with SKF's financial impact

利用SKF的财务影响评估客户的财务状况,判断潜在风险

  • To be responsible for acting on good quality of the order book and timely payments together with customer service and other relevant stakeholders

与客户服务及其他相关利益部门协调合作,高质量的完成订单交付并及时回款。

  • To understand the customer's stage in the product or business life cycle and join technical discussions with AE and expert about customer needs or complaints to identify sales opportunity

了解客户在产品或业务生命周期中的阶段,并与AE和专家就客户需求或投诉进行技术讨论,以确定销售机会

  • To represent SKF as the knowledge engineering company providing value propositions through the five platforms

代表SKF作为知识工程公司,体现公司价值主张

  • To optimize the total business life cycle of the SKF offering

优化SKF产品的整体商业生命周期

  • To support on NCO/ETO and other new solutions going to market and share successful stories

支持NCO/ETO等新解决方案进入市场并分享成功经验

  • To contribute to after market business development
