• Achieve the monthly and annual sales targets through expanding the project pipeline, developing and follow up new customer and new project.
• 完成月度、年度销售目标，开发并跟踪新客户、新项目。
• Maintain good relationships with new and old customers to assure satisfaction.
• 维护新老客户关系，保证客户满意度
• Cooperate with Sales Support team to improve project total effectiveness and release bidding document and order execution.
• 与销售支持团队合作，保证项目竞争力，完成竞标和订单工作
• Presentation with customer for new project to promote them our advantages.
• 拜访客户，宣传产品优势
• Contract negotiation with Bosch template to get the order.
• 合同谈判及条款审核
• Coordinate with after sales department to deal with customer service cases.
• 协调售后部门解决产品售后问题
• Execute cross-function projects through collaborating with technical team.
• 与技术部门合作跟踪项目进展
• Submit weekly reports, monthly reports for the sales activity
• 完成相应销售报告

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering or related major.
• 本科以上学历，有机械或制药技术背景者优先考虑。
• 3 years of direct sales working experience in non-standard industry is highly preferred.
• 3年以上非标设备行业直销经验 。
• Good English in written and reading and communication skill.
• 良好的英文听说读写能力。
• Good communication ability, good judgment and analysis ability.
• 良好的沟通表达能力、判断力和分析能力
• Good Presentation skills.
• 良好的演讲、展示能力。
• Team-player, can work under pressure.
• 善于团队合作，抗压能力强。
• Can accept frequent over time working and traveling
• 能接受频繁出差和较强的工作压力。
