Short Job Description

Responsible for the entire Sales Process: From customer/project information collection to customer visiting, making technical proposal, quotation, negotiation, contract, as well as following up production, shipment, payment.

Main Task:

1. Achieve the sales target as company requires;

2. Traveling to visit the existing and potential customers and establish and maintain a good long term partner relationship with them.

3. Write visit reports on all visits, regular customer forecasts, call plans, and other reports as required;

4. Work closely with all company departments to coordinate customer interactions and assure customer satisfaction, for example: coordinating with technical Engineer to resolve all customer related technical and quality issues.

5. Participate in SOIP (Sales, Operations and Inventory Planning) activities by providing monthly demand plan and sales forecasts of materials and parts transforming into supply plan to ensure availability of optimum stock level to support customers.

6. Ensure that all business activities conform to local laws and regulations and are in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualification:

1. College degree or above on Engineering / Chem. / Material related major;

2. 2+ years relevant Sales or Technical support experience in anti-corrosive piping line or relevant

3. Good presentation and communication skills, team work spirit;

4. Good computer skills, such as Microsoft office, Excel, PPT etc.

5. Self-motivated, hard work, good planning ability and can travel frequently.

6. Good English writing and reading skill, basic speaking and listening skill is preferred.
