Accountabilities:
Develop sales strategy to accelerate sales growth and achieve financial target
Focus on offline business as retail, project and business development
Develop sales function policies to build up and upgrade sales team capability to meet company target
Develop sales plans, break down sales targets and manage sales team ‘s daily activities well
Well manage price positioning in market, control sales daily expense and meet gross margin target in finance
Develop channel plan to strengthen penetration and coverage then meet annual target by high quality
Develop e-commerce strategy to leverage online offline resource to accelerate online growth and improve brand image thru online platform as needed
Well manage distributor network to improve sell out capability, retail booth display, brand awareness in local market
Work with cross function team to deliver high quality sales forecast termly and meet finance target
Willing to change and lead change to execute Culligan China strategy
Develop strategic partnership and channel cooperation to strengthen Culligan China present
Requirements:
Master Degree or above with Marketing or Management related major. MBA is preferred.
More than 15 years of work experience, no less than 5 years as sales director, managed sales size more than 30 people, and annual sales revenue above 300 million.
Strategic thinking, quickly and accurately identifies the cause of the problem, propose solutions, implementation, and be good at sales team building and managing.
Results-oriented and entrepreneurial.
Strong market sense and sensitive in numbers, demonstrable track sales record and analyze, supervise the sales performance, reach the company's targets.
