• Managing high-performance sales teams and being responsible for accelerating sales in China B2B market to achieve team sales target

• Identifying strategic accounts and sales plan design based on our prioritized target markets

• Identifying client business objectives that can be addressed by our solutions

• Working with Product, Engineering, Delivery and Fintech team to ensure that cross functional work is being done to be successful.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales of enterprises technology-based solution

• Minimum of 3+ years of successful experience in sales team management

• Demonstrated successful track record of enterprises solution sales

• Clearly understand the pain point and business requirement of customers

• Strong understanding of SaaS based technology as it relates to the target markets

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Communication skills using the English language is strongly preferred.
