RWS Division

As RWS furthers its market expansion as a leader in Language Technology, we are seeking Inside sales team members that possess the drive, passion, and potential to achieve and exceed in delivering the value of our technology solutions. The SDR is responsible for generating new business opportunities across our enterprise product, with the support of Sales Leadership, Marketing, and an Account Executive. As an Inside Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic, high-energy sales team.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities with RWS’s enterprise prospects by following proven sales processes and working in conjunction with Sales Leadership and Marketing Teams.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior-level leaders across enterprise companies about the value of RWS.
  • Collaborate with an Account Executive to identify and research companies and key decision makers.
  • Qualify prospects to ensure they are an ideal match for RWS’s enterprise technology.
  • Develop an understanding of RWS’s technology/services, value proposition, and industry trends.
  • Devise and drive lead generation programs and campaigns, interact with partners, network
  • Map organizations through prospecting new business units, influencers, sponsors
  • Monitor and feed lead pipeline.
  • Receive pre-determined groups of prospects back from field sales for further nurturing using both telephone and email.
  • Utilize modern selling and marketing techniques and tools to communicate effectively with key business decision makers.
  • Success will be measured based on the following criteria:
    • Number of appointments set and deemed worthwhile by AE for Discovery Calls
    • Qualified leads accepted (Sales Accepted Leads)
    • Progress of deals through sales cycle
    • Activity levels

 

Requirements

  • Passionate about a career in tech sales
  • Prior business development, lead generation, or client-facing experience a PLUS
  • A strong desire to learn about sales processes and best practices
  • A technical aptitude for selling complex enterprise solutions, and an interest in content technology
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and listening skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (or a combination of education and experience)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and Salesforce CRM
